The whole property is 3000m² and consists of the house, a beautiful garden, swimming pool and barbecue area, parking space for 2 cars and everything is enclosed by a fence for complete privacy. This Cortijo (farm) gets sun all day, is surrounded by wildlife and is in a very quiet place with spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and the surrounding countryside. The area is ideal for relaxing, walking and taking time to enjoy nature.

Accommodation Lounge with dining area, fireplace, two sofas, satellite-TV, radio with CD player. Fully equipped kitchen, with electric hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Two double bedrooms, one with two single beds.

All the windows have mosquito netting and south facing views. Bathroom with shower. The house is efficiently heated by the fireplace. Outside there is a sheltered porch (50m²) with tables and chairs, perfect for eating al fresco. The swimming pool is 8 x 4m with a shallow end, enclosed by lawn area which has two parasols, deck chairs, tables and chairs. From the garden, on a clear day, you can see the sea and even, at times, the Rif mountains of Africa.
